Welcome to the Connecticut Chapter of the International Public Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR) webpage.  IPMA-HR is the leading public sector human resource organization, representing the interests of human resource professionals around the world.  The CT Chapter’s goal is to provide members with a forum for individuals working in public sector human resources administration where they can grow as a HR professionals both personally and professionally.
