IPMA-HR CT Chapter is excited to host an Effective Leadership Training Workshop presented by Cheryl Cepelak, MSOL, IPMA-HR SCP! This is a valuable and fantastic opportunity for us to get together to learn and share knowledge, ideas, best practices, and talk with each other about leadership strengths and challenges within a team.
